BADBURY RINGS WITH THE COUNTRYSIDE ALLIENCE




You will often hear me chat on my blogs about the superb value for money point to pointing is.
 On the average over 6 races to follow family enertainment and good shopping to be had, but the views and wonderful contryside is worth the entry fee alone and Badbuy Rings near Wimbourne Dorset is no expecption.

THURLOW POINT TO POINT AT HORSEHEATH 1ST FEBUARY

A new month and the only point to point meeting on the Saturday at Horseheath in the East Anglia region.

The opening race the Conditions race was one i took allot of interest in, Fumet D'Odairies a five year old owned by the Ice and a slice racing club which I'm happy to say i am a part of, trained by current leading trainer Tom Ellis and jockey in good form Jack Andrews (picked out as jockey of the day at the meeting) suitably made it 3 from 3 in this young horses pointing career.

Fumet D'Oudairies wins the opener at Horseheath the Conditions race, trained by Tom Ellis ridden by Jack Andrews 

Next race, the 4,5,6 year old maiden.


Tom Ellis trained Bawnmore ridden by Gina Andrews wins the 4,5,6 year old maiden.


Third race the PPORA novices riders race
 Summer Sounds Luke Scott win the third race of the afternoon The PPORA novices riders race trained by Francesca Nimmo 


The first of the open races, the Ladies event, again a winner for the Champion trainer Tom Ellis

Double for the day for Gina Andrews, a treble for Tom Ellis as Latenightpass wins the Ladies Open

. Dale Peters rides for David Kemp on board Law of Gold to take the Men's Open at Horseheath

After missing the images from the winner of the penultimate race of the afternoon the Restricted, Alan Hill training 10/1 shot Getting Closer  ridden by Charlie Marshall. 
We head to the last race of the day. the 7year old and up maiden.

Will Hickman on Big Dawg wins the 7 year old and over maiden, the final race of the day, trained by Pam Tetley
